I've never been, and the website lacks specifics, but an email from the festival staff (regarding a previous encuentro) stated that the chow, presumably for sale, would include "tacos, tacos, y mas tacos, tostadas, flautas, tortas, tamales, arroz con frijoles, pozole, enchiladas, chalupas, plenty of salsas, atoles y champurrados."
