With New Years Eve peeking around the corner, the volumes of champagne flowing beneath flashing lights and gorgeous fireworks will be exponentially increased on the 31st of December. So, to compliment your champagne shower marathon, we present you with Sparkling Champagne and Strawberries Jello.
This golden treat was crafted by Victoria Belanger, the author behind the delightful book Hello, Jell-O! – a compilation of swoon-worthy gelatin recipes. While the actual finished work is quite impressive, the steps are simple and require just a tad bit more effort compared to say, any other alcohol-infused jello recipe.
NYE or not, I’ll be pairing these beauts with my weekly Sunday mimosa brunches. Deelish.
