The holiday rush has completely taken me by surprise yet again this year. In lieu of baking batches of cookies, I put together a few easy treat bags to share with our nearest of neighbors. I was thrilled to use these pretty downloads created by my friend Jenn in the bags. The pages of holiday polkadots are bright, festive, and easy to cut out and slip into clear wax bags for favors that look totally put together. The bags could hold all kinds of holiday goodies, and would be great for marshmallows and cookies to hand out in the classroom next week.
I find that caramels and peppermints are perfect for making nice with the neighbors who pull in our trash cans, and stop to say hello everyday. The addition of pretty shredded paper, and a YUM tag to top the bags, make them seem special and sweet to our neighbors.
