1 lb (453 g) Green Beans
1/2 Bell Pepper
1 Garlic Clove
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt, Black Pepper Powder
1/3 Cup Water
1- Slice the onion, tomatoes, bell pepper and green beans.
1- Pour olive oil into a frying pan.
2- Add onions and fry until translucent.
3- Add sliced tomatoes and bell pepper to the pan and continue frying for 5 more minutes.
4- Add green beans to the pan.
5- Mash a garlic clove on top.
6- Add a pinch of salt and black pepper as preferred, stir well.
7- Add 1/3 cup of water (boiled water) to the pan.
8- Cover the pan with a lid, simmer for 35 to 40 minutes.
Keep in refrigerator before serving.
