Green salad with Tuna & Beans!! Perfect Food for YOU

I believe we are in the same category then. Here’s a healthy, simple, fast recipe. Fresh vegetables, vitamins, proteins, and on top of all of that, it ‘s delicious!!
Romaine lettuce, chopped: 2 cups
Red, yellow or green bell pepper, chopped: ¼ cup
Carrots, chopped: ¼ cup
Cheese cubes: ¼ cup
Small Olives: 6-8
Fresh lemon: 1
Onions, chopped: ¼ cup
Canned, or pre-cooked red beans: ½ cup
Tomato paste: ½ tablespoon
Water: ¼ cup
Canned tuna: ½ cup
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Heat up the pan, add 1 tablespoon olive oil then sauté chopped onions in olive oil till it’s golden. Make sure onions don’t get brown. After it’s golden drain the canned beans and add them to onions, sauté and add tomato paste, mix all the ingredients well, then add water. Bring it to boil then let the water to boil off. Remove the beans from the pan.
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to the pan, add tuna from the can, sauté well, then add a 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice along with small touch of bell pepper. Remove it from the pan after 2 minutes.
Pick a serving plate, put all the vegetables in any order you’d like. There’s no specific way of doing it. Now it’s time to squeeze fresh lemon juice, add some salt and pepper. Then add some of the bean mixture as well as tuna to the side.
