Andouille and Red Beans with Rice Featured

My husband and I have been making this since 2006. I always double the recipe, since it is that good. We love really spicey food, so I have to add more heat. If I can't find andouille, then I just use smoked sausage. Also, we only eat brown rice, so no boil in the bag white rice for us. Love it!
