No gluten. No dairy. No refined sugar. The gluten part will be a synch because I've been GF for almost 3 years. It's the dairy and sugar that will be a challenge.
I eat a lot of dairy. Every day for my mid morning snack,I have greek yogurt (Chobani Blood Orange is my favorite!) or kefir and some sort of cheese (bleu, cottage, and goat are my favorite) during lunch. I also eat a lot of sugar...it's called chocolate. My 1 handfull of chocolate chips after dinner turns into two and sometimes three.
Dairy + Sugar also makes a regular appearance in my diet. Can you guess what my favorite dessert is? Frozen yogurt, yup!
I am excited to clear my body of the most common allergens and start my year of fresh! I'm already brainstorming snacks and foods that would be perfect for this program (with some minor tweaks to the recipes).
